Felt Cleaning

Felt needs to maintain its porosity, softness and evenness time to time. After a period of usage, the resins, clay, oil spots and metal will block pores.

1. Clean up polyphosphates arisen from clay and pigment.

2. Dissolve aluminium composits with hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid.

3. Add 2kg non-ionic surface active solvent and 4kg STPP in 1000L water with 40-50 centigrade to tide felt. Dip 100kg felt into water for 10-20 min to clean up the resins.

4. Clean it with felt solvent.

Application of Felt

1. Wool is elastic and it is adhesion of milling theory.

2. The adhesion milling can be used seperately according to different density and size.

3. For the stable density of felt, it can be stamped to produce felt components.

4. Felt is made of natural wool, able to dye any toy.

5. The elasticity of felt is good, and the felt can be extended to a certain length to be served as rolling belt and paper-made pulp absorption belt.

6. The warm keeping capacity of felt is good, thus it can also be made into shoe-pads.

7. Felt has moisturizing effect and elasticity which can be made into stealing strips for car windows and the doors.

8. The wear resistance is stable, used to polish stainless steel, marble and zapon lacquer.

9. The good filterability can be used to absorb oil.

10. The machine parts covered with felt is cleaner and in a good shockproof capacity.

11. To modulate the sound rate of instruments with felt.
