Silkscreen

Disadvantages:Silkscreen only applies to logo with simple transition color. The logo with rich color cannot be silkscreened.

Lettering
Which means printing pigment foil on product surface. Lettering is classified into colorless, monochrome, mixing and chromatograph.
Advantages:Lettering logo has clear pattern and bright color. Lettering is suitable for complex logo or pattern.
Disadvantages:Lettering needs high temperature and pressure. To some patterns, high temperature and pressure only lead to polymer’s incomplete movement.
Scope of Application:Paper, Knitwear, Leatherware. Gold blocking applies to book cover, packaging box, congratulations card, invitation letter or pen’s surface.

Heat Transfer Printing
Advantages:For its low color shade, heat transfer printing is suitable for printing full color image or photo. Able to print on leather, knitware, glass, metal, plastic, crystal, woodware, coated paper or other flat surface.
Disadvantages:Whether a product is suitable for heat transfer printing depends on the product’s heat resistance and surface smoothness. For ceramic and metal products, a heat transfer printing layer is needed before printing.

Water Transfer Printing
Hydrolyzing transfer paper with pattern by water pressure.
Advantages:Low cost. Water transfer printing suits complex images with small quantity. The water transfer printing pattern or logo is in bright color and vivid, and has rich gradation.

Decoration Firing
Put the cup with decal paper into stove and bake under high temperature. The key factor for decoration firing is temperature. Baking temperature depends on color. If the actual temperature is lower than the temperature color needs, the printing pattern is dim; if the actual temperature is higher than that, the pattern is pale. Furthurmore, material of ceramic influences the baking temperature. The decoration firing temperature should be appropriate to make glaze on the ceramic cup begin to melt, then the ceramic colorant on decal paper will permeate glaze. That’s why ceramic cup won’t fade.

Heat Sublimation Printing
Advantages:Pattern has rich graduation and bright color, little color shade. Heat sublimation printing is heat and water resistant, fadeless.
Disadvantages:Higher cost
Scope of Application:Mainly suitable for white or light polyester cotton, woven fabric, dacron, jean, knitware, oxford fabric, canvas, leatherware and other fabrics.

How to sign a contract with the customer?

Customers need to pay us 50% advance payment after signing the contract. Before we delivery the goods to you, we will take goods photos to customers, and then customers to pay in full. We are according to your request to print your own LOGO,we cannot sale the goods with LOGO printing any more, so you need to pay 50% advance payment.

What kind of file format do the customers need to provide when printing LOGO?
To print the client's LOGO or text, in order to achieve clear printing effect, please be sure to provide the CDR or AI format vector diagram (all words should be converted into a curve) or TIF, PSD (300 dpi) precision for the bitmap file format. JPG, PDF, DOC, GIF, BMP, SWF, PNG format file is not in accordance with our printing requirements.
