Return & Refund

Before proceeding any products return,please read our return policy, make sure all your items ordered match the criteria mentioned.

Productcustom.com reserves the right to add a processing fee for returned items in case of necessity. Please feel free tocontact our customer service if needed.

Note: Please confirm your informations first when you place an order. All size or parameter errors by your mistakes cannot be returned, repaired and replaced. We also cannot change or cancel the order once the goods have already been delivered if mistakes are not caused by us. If the phone number and shipping address you offered to us are not right, we will not be responsible for it as well. Hope for your understanding.

Return Policy

1. Contact Customer Service within 48 hours after receiving the goods to request a return form. The goods and the document are to be returned within 7 days of delivery. Only when we receive your returned goods and the return form the return will be accepted and processed. (Note: All returned goods without our prior opinion is not taken into account.)

2. Mis-shipped product: if the items shipped do not match what you have ordered, shipping fee will be paid by us after verification. You also have the option to return these items for a full refund (processing fees and shipping fee included).

Cancellation Policy

1. All orders canceled within 12 hours after confirmation of payment will receive a full refund.

2. If the mass production begins, you willget no refund, thank you for understanding.

3. If you order products without logo, you want to cancel it before delivery for some reason, you need to contact our Customer Service and provide your order ID, then you will get a refund for 50% of the goods price.

Replacement or Refund

In principle, we cannot accept replacement or refund if our products have no quality problem. Cause our products are customized for you with logo, we cannot sell to our customers. Thanks for your understanding.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Upon arrival of your package, we advise you to check in front of the courier, making sure that the product was made according to your criteria and it has no damage during delivery.

You can receive a full refund if the goods received are defective or does not match what you ordered after our confirmation. If you feel that your goods have been damaged during delivery, please contact the shipping company soon; if not, you need to contact us soon and send the proof of damaged items, once confirmed we will negotiate it with you.

How to Return

If the goods have quality problem, please contact Customer Service within 48 hours after receiving your order and explain the reasons for your return, attach pictures or videos concerned. Without Customer Service’s approval, the returned goods will not be accepted or processed.
