You undertake to defense for andindemnify the Sponsor against any losses caused due to the use of the entriesfor any purposes.

In addition to the rights applicable to any Submission, when you post comments or reviews to the site, you also grant Productcustom.com the right to use the name that you submit with any review, comment, or other Content, if any, in connection with such review, comment, or other content. Your epresent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the reviews, comments, and other Content that you post on this site and that use of your reviews, comments, or other Content by Productcustom.com will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party. Ordering Products

You may place an order by filling in the Order Form on the Productcustom.com website.

When you place an order with us, you are deemed to have made an offer to purchase the product(s) you have chosen based on these Terms and Conditions.

We will issue you with an Order Number by email after we have received your offer to purchase the product(s).

We will notify you when we process your order via email. Your offer begins to produce after we receive your prepayment .

We retain absolute discretion to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders. If for any reason we cannot process or accept your order after payment received, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Methods

Payment will not be processed until we receive all the relevant information. The processing of payment for orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will not begin until the next working day.
