To customers' benefits, Productcustom.com strongly suggests to inspect goods in front of the courier. When you are inspecting goods, please notice the following points:

1. Copyright statement: The copyright of logo, trademark and any files provided belong to customer. The responsibilities of resulting copyright dispute shall be borne by the customers themselves.

2. Productcustom.com should be responsible for the goods inspection before delivery. Once customer receives the goods, you need to inspect in front of the courier. If there is any defects, contact the logistics company soon. About goods delivery time: 12 days after design sketch confirmation via e-mail and prepayment.

3. Because there are many uncertain factors in printing craft(e.g, dyelot chromatism or materials, electric scan, ink toner, which will all cause color shade between mass production and pre-production sample.)

4. productcustom.com produces according to pre-production sample and design sketch. If there are modifications after batch production begins, the fees arisen shall be borne by the customers themselves.

5. After inspection, the delivered goods is different from that agreed herein in terms of the variety, model, specification, quantity and quality, customers shall contact our Customer Service within 3 business days, otherwise regarded as acceptable.

6. In any of the following circumstances, excluding the force majeure factors as specified in the Economic Contract Law of the People’s Republic of China, productcustom.com shall be deemed breaking against this Contract:
